Salon Policies


We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cash, and checks.


Prices advertised are starting prices and may vary by stylist and individual application.


Tips are much appreciated! Please note, gratuities cannot be added to credit cards and must be in cash or personal checks made out to the stylist.  The average gratuity is 15-25% of the service cost.

Cancellation Policy

To provide the best service to our guests, we kindly ask for:

  • Individual Appointments: Please cancel at least 24 hours before your service time.

  • Multiple Services / Appointments: If you have multiple services or a group appointment, please cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

If the cancellation policy above is not followed, a 25% fee will be charged to the credit card on file. Our automated system will send you confirmation texts for your convenience. No-shows are a bummer, so please remember: less than 24 hours' notice (48 hours for multiple service / group appointments) counts as a no-show. After three no-shows, we’ll need full payment upfront for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

We understand things happen! If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to fit you in depending on the stylist's schedule. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we can’t guarantee service, so please give us a call. 

Independent Contractors

Our salon is home to both our own stylists and independent contractors. Independent contractors handle their own bookings, pricing, and payments. Gift cards purchased through the salon aren’t valid with them, but they may offer their own. Retail purchases are made through the front desk and might require a separate transaction from the services provided by independent contractors.
